A Hard Habit to Break

For the most part, we all know we should do certain things that will benefit us over the entirety of our lives (sleeping a healthy amount, exercising, eating nutritious foods, hydrating, saving for retirement, etc.), but often we don’t do these things on a consistent basis, developing bad habits and spiraling downward.
